Is UnitConnect a place to find a rental?
No. UnitConnect is property management software, not a public rental marketplace. You cannot browse homes to let on the website. Managers invite tenants or send a private unit link.
How much does the property management software cost?
Landlords and companies start with 30 days free. Launch packages start at R99 a month for 1–20 units. Tenants always use UnitConnect free. After the trial, PayFast charges only if you set it up and do not cancel.
Does UnitConnect collect rent from tenants?
No. UnitConnect does not collect tenant rent or deposits. Rent stays pending until a manager records payment or approves proof. PayFast is only for UnitConnect packages paid by landlords and managers.
